Administrative Officer

The Role

As an Administrative Officer, you are responsible to provide administrative support to the executive and organization. Main duties include managing the executive’s day to day calendar, organizing team functions and ensuring compliance to banks’ policies while building relationships within the organization.

How you'll contribute

  • Governance Framework – Support the implementation of the BBS Governance Framework, including the organizing of key engagement forums. Partner Planning & MI Head to effectively lead and manage forums.

  • Administrative Support – Activities include planning meetings and events, assisting in internal system governance requirements (e.g. new/review/remove users, training tracking, expense approval)

  • Calendar Management – Proactively and diplomatically manage executive’s calendar. Assist in managing work intake for executive.

  • Organization – Timely update Table of Organization. Coordinate interviews with candidates in partnership with HCM. Ensure work readiness for new joiners, as well as procuring resources needed. Serves as point of contact for new hire’s first day.Conducts sales calls on own leads or broker leads

  • Compliance – Monitor new policies and highlight changes in the organization. Ensure organization comply with internal bank requirements. Participate in developing organization specific policies to promote efficiency and control.

  • People – Complete individually required training and competency activities. Participate in engagement and other related activities.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Accounting or other related fields

  • With a minimum of 1-4 years of related experience

  • Must have a strong communication skills, ability to build relationship across the organization. Adept in technology, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint. Organized and systemic.
