Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Amazon Category Manager
based in Rochdale. You'll be responsible for managing product categories on Amazon, optimising listings, analysing performance, and developing best-in-class content with our creative teams. You'll play a key role in driving the success of our Amazon channel globally.

What you'll do

  • Create and optimise Amazon listings with accurate product data, SEO-driven content, and compelling copy.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to deliver top-quality images, A+ content, videos, and brand stores.
  • Benchmark competitors, analyse performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to boost conversion.
  • Ensure technical accuracy (fitment, compliance, labelling) and consistency across our global catalogue.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, compliance, and procurement to align on stock, compliance, and business goals.
  • Manage product availability, preventing out-of-stock or overstock scenarios.
  • Track KPIs (sales, conversion, Buy Box) and present actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build conversion trackers, review analysis, and sales comparisons to guide strategy, presenting bi-weekly updates with actionable plans.

What we're looking for

  • Strong grasp of technical product data (car parts fitment, regulated chemicals).
  • Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency and experience with Amazon reports/tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Experience working on Amazon listings, Amazon-specific content creation, or marketplace optimisation (but not required).
