Aimkhan LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time and seasonal opportunities.

Pay & Incentives

$23.25/hour

(Cargo Van & DOT Step Van drivers)

Up to $250 sign-on bonus (for candidates with prior Amazon Delivery Associate experience)

Commitment bonuses may be available based on performance

Weekly pay

Schedule

  • Day shifts only – start time 9:45 AM
  • Shifts typically average 10 hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load, organize, and deliver packages on assigned routes
  • Operate company Cargo Vans or DOT Step-Vans (DOT training available)
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Work in all weather conditions, lift packages up to 50 lbs. (and up to 70 lbs. with a hand truck)
  • Use smartphone devices for navigation, package scanning, and communication with the team
  • Support fellow drivers when needed to ensure routes are completed.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

Guaranteed hours for qualified drivers

Opportunities available: Full-time, Part-time, (8–12 weeks, extendable based on business needs).

Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
