Evaluation of Billings.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the design and construction process</p></li><li><p>Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards</p></li><li><p>Manage and oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers</p></li><li><p>Communicate regularly with clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns. Able to preside Construction Management Meetings and Coordination.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Preparation of Construction Documents.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methods</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li><p>Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Registered Licensed Engineer.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills</p></li><li><p>Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings</p></li><li><p>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</p></li><li><p>Relevant construction-related certifications or qualifications are highly desirable</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>PROJECT ARCHITECT & PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL/MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL) </strong></p><ul><li><p>Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Architecture.</p></li><li><p>A Registered Licensed Engineer/Architect.</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of working experience in the related field us required for this position.
