Customer Service Representative (Waltermart Sucat)

1. Education & Experience:

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience:

    • Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred) in retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries is a plus.

    • Experience working in an amusement park, entertainment venue, or similar environment is a strong advantage.

    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a passion for customer service and an interest in the amusement industry.


2. Skills:

  • Communication:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers, including children and families.

    • Ability to clearly explain products, services, and procedures to guests.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.

    • Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive even in high-pressure situations.

  • Problem-Solving:

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.

    • Ability to handle complaints and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.

  • Multitasking:

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering inquiries, processing tickets, and providing directions to guests, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Tech Savvy:

    • Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, ticketing software, and other computer applications (training will be provided).

    • Comfortable using phones, email, and chat services to communicate with customers.
