Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, stores, and associates, providing personalized support and resolving complex issues. Utilize available resources and tools to ensure customer satisfaction, including knowledge bases, scripts, and process guides. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, actively listening to customers and responding to their needs in a empathetic and professional manner. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive business outcomes, including escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and documented. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word. High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of mandatory training programs. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a contact center or customer service environment, handling complex customer issues.
