Finance Manager
<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<p>- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field</p>
<p>- <strong><em>CPA required</em></strong>; MBA or Master’s in Finance is an advantage</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Related Work Experience</strong></p>
<p>- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with 5 years in a leadership or management role</p>
<p>- Preferably with experience in fintech, digital payments, financial services, or similar industries</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following):</strong></p>
<p>- Solid understanding of Philippine taxation, financial regulations, and compliance requirements</p>
<p>- Familiarity with digital wallet, e-money, and payment gateway operations is a plus</p>
<p>- Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting methodologies, and business modeling</p>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>
<p>- Strategic financial analysis and interpretation</p>
<p>- Strong leadership and people management skills</p>
<p>- Excellent communication and presentation abilities</p>
<p>- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and MS Excel</p>

<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<p><strong>A. Budget Planning and Management</strong></p>
<p>- Support the development of annual budgets aligned with business goals</p>
<p>- Track and analyze actual performance against budget, explaining variances and proposing corrective actions</p>
<p>- Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and financial resource allocation</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>B. Cost Monitoring and Reporting</strong></p>
<p>- Oversee effective cost management strategies to ensure operational efficiency</p>
<p>- Lead periodic financial reporting, management dashboard updates, and cost center analysis</p>
<p>- Identify opportunities for cost control and recommend optimization initiatives</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>C. Forecasting and Analysis</strong></p>
<p>- Drive financial modeling and forecasting to support business planning and scenario analysis</p>
<p>- Provide actionable insights on revenue streams, margins, capital expenditures, and OPEX trends</p>
<p>- Support product and market expansion strategies through financial impact assessment</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>D. Risk Management</strong></p>
<p>- Assist in identifying financial risks and developing mitigation strategies</p>
<p>- Ensure proper internal controls are in place and regularly reviewed</p>
<p>- Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams for periodic reviews</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>E. Collaboration</strong></p>
<p>- Represent Finance in key cross-functional initiatives and external engagements</p>
<p>- Collaborate closely with business unit heads, product teams, and operations to ensure financial strategies support growth</p>
<p>- Lead and/or support special projects assigned by PFSC or PPG leadership</p>
