The role of Flight Attendant Crew Planning Analyst is vital within Southwest Airlines' Crew Planning & Analytics department. This position is a full-time role based at the Dallas, TX headquarters and focuses on supporting the operational effectiveness of the Flight Attendant workforce by managing schedules, analyzing data, and optimizing crew operations. With a competitive salary range of $74,950 to $83,300 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, the role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to workforce planning and influence key business processes.
As a Flight Attendant Crew Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, publishing, and awarding monthly flight attendant schedules while monitoring and analyzing crucial metrics across crew operations including planning, scheduling, payroll, and training. Your work involves using advanced optimization and decision-support tools to help build efficient flight attendant crew pairings and lines. Your analytical insights will support cost improvements and process enhancements, directly impacting the company’s ability to deliver dependable and people-first service.
