Role Description
As a Hospitality Sales Expert (Remote, Contract Role), you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their travel requirements, and assisting them in identifying and booking the right hotel room or villa for their upcoming holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via telephone and web-based leads, providing personalized assistance.
Use company systems and tools to manage inquiries, recommend options, and complete bookings.
Focus on driving revenue growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by offering professional, reliable support.
Work Environment
This is a work-from-home role, offering flexibility to balance professional commitments with household responsibilities.
Training & Development
Comprehensive training will be provided covering Sales techniques, Product knowledge, Processes, and System/Tool usage to set you up for success
