What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate various types of heavy motor equipment as required
- Perform manual tasks related to the maintenance and operation of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during equipment operation
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in training new operators and support team efforts in completing projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of at least the eighth grade; high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience operating Equipment Operator III level equipment
- Valid commercial driver's license appropriate for the type of equipment operated
- Ability to demonstrate skill in the operation of a Knuckleboom
- Must meet established medical and physical standards for the class of work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience operating various heavy motor equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation
- Previous experience in a government or public works setting
