HR Generalist - Can start as soon as possible (BGC, Taguig)

  • Collaborate with management to support HR initiatives and policies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance management and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Other task may be assign from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • HR Generalist: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
