Intern - Accounting
<p><strong>Overview:</strong> An intern at Landers Superstore will gain hands-on experience assisting in the review and audit of financial statements and processing account receivables and payables. This role is designed to provide practical work experience and exposure to tasks and projects related to your department.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<p>Assist with department activities.</p>

<p>Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.</p>
</li>

<p>Assist in preparing invoices and processing payments.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain and update accounting records.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct financial data entry and analysis.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Shadow professionals and learn industry-specific skills.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Currently enrolled in any course related to the department they will be assigned to:</p>
<ul>

<p>Accounting: BS Accountancy, Financial Management</p>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proactive and eager to learn about accounting processes.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Must render at least 300 hours.</strong></p>
