Summary We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Baseline Creative, Inc. In this role, you will contribute to various design projects that enhance our clients' branding and marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creativity and eager to grow within a collaborative environment. This role will allow for some on-the-job training for entry-level employees, as well as ongoing professional development and peer mentoring. Responsibilities • Assist in the creation of visually compelling graphics for digital and print media. • Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative design concepts. • Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce high-quality designs. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for client projects. • Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • WordPress or front-end website experience preferred. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Experience with photo manipulation and digital art techniques. • Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus but not required. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. • A portfolio showcasing your design work is required for consideration.
