This role blends guest service with kitchen execution€”whether you're on the register or handling wings at the fryer, you're part of delivering a memorable, flavorful experience to every guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Give guests a warm reception and make sure they have a positive and lasting impression of their time at Wingstop.
  • Collect and process orders accurately, whether received in person or through telephonic communication, using the POS system.
  • Grasp and advocate for the entirety of the menu, consisting of dressings, recent additions, and temporary specials.
  • Cook bone-in wings, boneless wings, chicken strips, and fries while maintaining safety standards.
  • Follow Wingstop specifications to accurately measure portions and sauces for individual orders.
  • Coordinate the cooking of wings and fries effectively to achieve the best results in terms of freshness and presentation.
  • Showcase culinary items in a tidy and inviting presentation.
  • Make sure the kitchen and workstations are kept clean and orderly throughout your working hours.
  • Ensure daily filtering and refreshing of fryer oil is conducted with adherence to safety guidelines and proper protective clothing.
  • Assist fellow team members and adhere to instructions given by supervisors and managers.
  • Respond to guest concerns courteously and escalate the matter when warranted.
  • Engage in safe practices when handling food, practicing good hygiene, and using cleaning chemicals with care.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Candidates with one year of experience in a professional kitchen, cooking, or as a line cook are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior work in a restaurant or as a cashier is an added bonus.
  • It is compulsory to have an up-to-date certification for handling food.
  • Aptitude for comprehending and executing procedures concerning food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Primary numerical understanding and cash-operating aptitudes are crucial.
  • The position demands the strength to handle loads up to 25 pounds and be comfortable working on foot for long hours.

Salary:

The monthly pay scale typically lands between ?14,000 and ?22,000, with differences based on experience, shift availability, and where the position is situated
