Lead Generation - Appointment Setter
Job Summary:
You will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, engaging prospects through outbound outreach and nurturing relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social media to generate qualified leads.
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for account executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings set, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Attend regular training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (preferably in a B2B environment).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (night shift in PH).
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
