About the position
Responsibilities
- Build and tailor product assortments for wholesale accounts using data, customer insights, and global merchandising plans
- Support seasonal launches and bring new products to market in line with brand and revenue goals
- Align product offerings with consumer needs, regional strategies, and distribution channels
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to tell compelling product stories and improve channel performance
- Supervise product performance and lead lifecycles to optimize sales across wholesale channels
- Present assortments to key accounts and support custom requests while staying aligned with overall strategy
- Contribute to various merchandising initiatives and travel as needed for presentations and account meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years in planning or merchandising (footwear experience a plus)
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of fashion trends, consumer markets, and the competitive landscape
- Shown success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Self-starter with a drive to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
