About the position

Responsibilities

  • Build and tailor product assortments for wholesale accounts using data, customer insights, and global merchandising plans
  • Support seasonal launches and bring new products to market in line with brand and revenue goals
  • Align product offerings with consumer needs, regional strategies, and distribution channels
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to tell compelling product stories and improve channel performance
  • Supervise product performance and lead lifecycles to optimize sales across wholesale channels
  • Present assortments to key accounts and support custom requests while staying aligned with overall strategy
  • Contribute to various merchandising initiatives and travel as needed for presentations and account meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-7 years in planning or merchandising (footwear experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of fashion trends, consumer markets, and the competitive landscape
  • Shown success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Self-starter with a drive to learn and grow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
