Key Responsibilities

Verify factual information and accuracy of references and bibliographic sources.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand guidelines and apply them to all proofreading tasks.
Assist in creating and updating style guides and reference materials.
Utilize proofreading tools and resources to streamline the editing process and enhance efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Literature, Communications, or a related field.
Proven attention to detail and a strong grasp of grammar and style conventions.
Experience with editing and proofreading in a professional setting.
Familiarity with common proofreading tools and software, such as Grammarly or Adobe Acrobat.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in proofreading, editing, or a related role is preferred.
