Paid Social Media Specialist

  • Strategize, launch, and manage high-performing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results

  • Manage campaigns from IO to delivery ad order, ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting

  • Work closely with creatives and account teams to align messaging, visuals, and calls-to-action

  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies to keep campaigns optimized and compliant

  • Prepare campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising or digital performance marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable success (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying via DSP’s, data management, audience targeting, DMP’s, mobile, desktop.

  • Proficient in 3rd party tags, rich media, HTML, Javascript.

  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud (JIRA), Atlassian Cloud (Confluence), Sharepoint, Genesis, Flight Ops, Digital Salesforce, Celtra, Adobe CC, Adpiler, Brackets, Grafana, DCM/DV360, and IAS Safety

Work Set-up: Onsite

Work Shift: Employees may be assigned to fixed or shifting work schedules, to be set / changed by Management, whenever needed, depending on business requirements.
