Production Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment for studio shoots, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear

Support the production team during LIVE STREAMING, ensuring all necessary equipment is functioning properly and request the technical team to troubleshoot any issues that arise

Aid in the organization and preparation of props, sets, and other materials needed for production

Assist with talent coordination, including ensuring hosts are ready to go live and ensuring that changes are executed smoothly

Assist in pre and post-production tasks, such as file management, securing permits, and quality control checks

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and optimize workflow efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the studio space, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment

Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, communicating any potential delays or challenges to supervisors promptly

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in studio production techniques and equipment.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Commitment to upholding quality standards and meeting project deadlines.

Previous experience in a studio production or similar role preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or vocational training in media production is a plus
