Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)

Job Description

1) Prepares production schedule based on received PO from Sales using the Production Management System (PMS)

2) Regularly communicate with Sales for any issues and/or shipment commitments and recovery schedules where applicable

3) Coordinates with concerned Sections to discuss production schedule, availability of raw materials / accessories, disposition of HOLD items / materials and other related matters regarding production and shipment activities.

4) Follow-up and monitors performance result of production in terms of output and shipment activities

5) Prepare material and accessory requirement and coordinate with Purchasing Staff for the materials / accessories needed in the operation.

6) Monitor stock level of material / accessories and make requisition of such whenever needs arises.

7) In-charge of over-all monthly inventory of items / materials in coordination with respective Section / Department.

8) Support and participate company programs such as Kaizen, IMS/EHS, cost reduction and other activities as required by the company.

9) Performs any task that may assigned from time to timer by Superior

10) Practice and follow safety rules and house-keeping consistently to ensure for healthy and accident free work principles
