Project Sales Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Sales Account Executive is responsible for the achievement of sales target through effective professional sales techniques gearing towards long-term customer relationships. Work on developing partnership / teaming with top construction company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering / Architecture, Management or Marketing.
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person
  • Willing to do Full-time fieldworks

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicates and coordinates with clients regarding pricing, technical data and product offering.
  • Conducts product presentations and seminars.
  • Provides at least eight (8) quality sales calls per day.
  • Handles and resolves customer complains.
  • Identifies potential growth areas, exploring new market segment submit at least 10 quotations per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
