The Mission
As a Customer Advocate, you'll be a healthcare hero for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors , medications , appointments , and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and amazing social skills .
And the best part? You'll make a real impact on people's lives .
The Details
Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! )
8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way! )

Ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro
Passion for helping others and brightening their day
Your Arsenal
High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree! )
At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Background in social work, behavioral health, or similar fields

Start: TWO groups starting October 20th and November 3rd, 2025
Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (8 weeks)
Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday
