[Remote] Cyber Security Business Analyst-SailPoint ServiceNow-Fully Remote

Our client, Elite Technical, is seeking a Cyber Security focused Business Analyst for a major Federal Healthcare insurance organization. The role involves managing and maintaining the requirement gathering process for multiple Cyber Security projects.
Responsibilities
- Interprets business needs and issues by gathering, eliciting, creating, analyzing, documenting and validating the Business area's user and/or technical (functional/non-functional) requirements.
- Responsible for the overall success of user acceptance testing, including documentation, verification and release. Implements practices and procedures for end user test plans.
- Identifies, documents and troubleshoots problems utilizing acquired experience and knowledge of the relationships in systems, software and processes. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to monitor, report and resolve issues.
- Reviews, analyzes and creates detailed documentation of business systems, processes, software and user needs. Responsible for the written documentation of requirements in accordance with established standards, in a clear and well organized manner.
- Monitors and reports project status to identify and mitigate risks and to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
Skills
- SailPoint or ServiceNow experience is required
- 5+ years of relevant Business Analysis work experience
- Experience supporting Cyber Security related projects, as a Business Analyst, is required (Application security, Data Security, and Network Security domains)
- Specific knowledge in IBM Security Governance tools would be a big plus
- SailPoint or ServiceNow or similar platforms are required
- Demonstrated business process analysis, Workflow, task analysis, user-acceptance testing and requirements analysis knowledge
- Proven ability to elicit, document, analyze and verify requirements
- Experience with user acceptance testing concepts
- Experience in accurately modeling requirements using at least one if not more of the following: Functional Decomposition, Data Flow Diagrams, User Context Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Workflow modeling, Use Cases, Use Case Model Survey and Use Case Specification, Process Modeling, Prototyping
