Sunset Christian Preschool, a ministry of University Place Presbyterian Church (UPPC) in University Place, WA, is committed to providing a nurturing and faith-based early childhood education experience for children and families. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling Representative to support our preschool staff and families with scheduling needs in a remote capacity.

Position Summary:

The Scheduling Representative will provide administrative support by managing calendars, confirming appointments, and helping coordinate scheduling for preschool tours, parent-teacher meetings, and program activities. This role ensures that families and staff receive timely communication and that scheduling runs smoothly across the preschool’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm parent-teacher conferences, preschool tours, and family meetings.

Communicate with families and staff via phone, email, or virtual platforms to coordinate schedules.

Maintain accurate digital calendars and scheduling systems.

Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure attendance and preparedness.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues as needed.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation.

Support preschool leadership in creating an organized scheduling process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education, administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable with scheduling tools, calendars, and basic computer applications.

Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually with a team.

Experience in an educational or childcare setting is a plus.

Schedule & Pay:

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexible remote hours.

Pay: $23.39 - $28.16 per hour
