About the Role
The Senior Manager of Organization, Contract, and Leisure Sales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the financial and operational health of our sales portfolio. As a team leader, you'll be responsible for guiding a diverse group of professionals, fostering an inclusive work environment, and making strategic decisions that propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team with diverse backgrounds, styles, and experiences, promoting a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
- Oversee the financial and operational integrity of the Organization, Groups, Contract, and Leisure Sales portfolio, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and develop new and existing business opportunities to maximize revenue in the most cost-effective manner.
- Monitor revenue, commissions, and contract performance to ensure income is maximized and business goals are met.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to implement targeted promotions and drive revenue.
- Provide timely insights and recommendations to internal leadership and stakeholders regarding our competitive position in the market.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with sales targets for corporate, groups, contracts, discount, and consolidator business.
- Manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations to achieve the best possible return in individual markets, working closely with legal and risk management teams.
- Build strategic business relationships with client accounts to identify new business opportunities.
- Evaluate, approve, and execute marketing-related promotions to support sales efforts, coordinating closely with marketing and business loyalty teams.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, with some of this experience directly managing teams.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes.
- The ability to travel up to 20% of the time to meet with clients and direct reports.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in the airline industry.
- Proficiency in database and CRM (Salesforce.com or similar) management.
