About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team at EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE SERVICES INC' in Mampalasan Binan City Laguna. As a full-time Skilled Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' gardens and landscaping. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in gardening and contribute to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing regular garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging

  • Planting, transplanting, and caring for a variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees

  • Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other gardening products as needed to maintain the health and appearance of the garden

  • Identifying and addressing garden pests and diseases in a timely and effective manner

  • Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner

  • Providing recommendations and suggestions to clients on garden design, plant selection, and maintenance strategies

  • Ensuring the work site is kept clean and tidy at all times

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Gardener or in a similar role within the Gardening & Landscaping industry

  • Strong knowledge of a wide range of plant species, their care requirements, and gardening best practices

  • Proficiency in the use of gardening tools and equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and pruning shears

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a well-manicured and aesthetically pleasing garden

  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
