Social Media Assistant for TikTok/Instagram (Notion + Metricool + Zapier)
This is a part-time role (8–12 hrs/week) to start, with growth potential as we expand to 2 more brands. You’ll work inside Notion, Metricool, and Zapier to keep posts scheduled, comments organized, and reports updated.
Responsibilities:
Upload and organize posts in Notion Content Calendar.
Schedule and manage posts via Metricool (Zapier handles auto-scheduling).
Monitor comments & DMs:
Reply with canned responses for simple ones.
Flag important ones in Notion Inbox for my review.
Upload weekly and monthly reports into Notion Analytics.
Keep hashtag packs and templates updated.
Requirements:
Familiar with Notion and/or social media scheduling tools (Metricool, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc).
Strong written English.
Detail-oriented and consistent — must follow daily/weekly checklists.
Available 1–2 hrs per day, 5–6 days per week.
Nice to Have:
Experience with CapCut or short-form video editing.
Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
