About the position
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of event staff and kitchen staff to direct a successful service.
- Facilitating transportation of equipment and service.
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring the maintenance of catering equipment and storage areas.
- Decorating rooms for events.
- Handling customer service needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Attention to detail and service knowledge.
- At least two years of experience as a service lead or supervisor in a hotel or catering environment.
