About the position

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of event staff and kitchen staff to direct a successful service.
  • Facilitating transportation of equipment and service.
  • Maintaining inventory and ensuring the maintenance of catering equipment and storage areas.
  • Decorating rooms for events.
  • Handling customer service needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Attention to detail and service knowledge.
  • At least two years of experience as a service lead or supervisor in a hotel or catering environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Food Handler's certification
