Territory Sales Manager- Davao
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement strategic business plan to develop more clients and ensure the Company’s strong presence in his assigned territory.
• Manage the performance and sales growth/targets of his sales team.
• Forecast sales and revenues of his assigned territory.
• Ensure sales team’s adherence to sales processes and protocols.
• Maximize sale of existing and slow & non-moving SKUs through proper planning and coordination.
• Analyse monthly reports on sales, inventory, pricing, and competition.
• Maintain good business relationships among clients.
• Consult with the Senior Sales Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.
• Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position.
