  • Responsible for local brand management.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies which increases good brand perception.
  • Leads every new store opening including but not limited to distribution, execution, product samples, booth
  • Aligns and co-creates plans with principal on sales targets, selling tools and etc.
  • Creates selling tools kits for Sales Team and consolidated quarterly pipeline tool kit for Supply chain. Executes distributor business-focused plans to grow core business.
  • Helps enable the merchandisers and sellers on sales fundamental execution and priorities.
